The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for a convenient and luxurious experience. We also have a washer and dryer available for your use (laundry detergent not provided, but Walmart is less than 3 minutes away). • Home Layout First Floor: - Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, and cable TV. Direct access to the backyard. - Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room: We’re always working to improve and update the kitchen utensils and amenities! Second Floor: - Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, sofa bed, lounge area, office space, and cable TV. - Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, and cable TV. - Bedroom 4: Two twin-size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, and cable TV. We also offer a private barbecue area for an additional $75 fee, including propane for your entire stay (refill not included). Built in 2019, the home features modern finishes throughout. Additional amenities include: • Parking: Two spots in front of the unit, plus additional guest parking. • Entertainment: TV in every room. • Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi (No password required) • Comfort: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. • Essentials: Towels, linens, dishwasher pods, sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper provided. You have the option to pay a fee of $ 100 (Resort fee plus taxes) per day directly to the resort. 1 time fee per day for the entire group. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a fee of $150.00 for each pet in the reservation! Also, guests are responsible for any damage that pets may cause. Pets are NOT allowed in the beds/furniture. Q: "Do I need to pay the resort fee of $100 to use the amenities?” A: Yes, these are HOA rules, and unfortunately, we can't charge or include this fee in your reservation — it must be paid directly to the resort. This fee gives you (and your group) access to the gym, pool, tennis court, and jacuzzi. The on-site restaurant, "American Japa Sushi," is also available without a reservation, and they serve fast food and sushi. Q: "How Trash Pick Up works?” A: We have a trash bin outside the house and we provide trash bags for your convenience. You just need to place the trash bags inside the bin. Make sure to take trash daily to avoid excessive trash on your check-out date! No recycling available. Q: "Do you provide washcloths?” A: No, we consider it a personal hygiene item, and it was becoming disposable after guest use. Q: “Are we able to drop off or store our luggage before check-in or after check-out?” A: Unfortunately, no.
