Welcome to our luxurious renovated house equipped with all of the modern amenities you can think of! Enjoy modern reclining leather furniture, smart TVs, updated kitchen, bathrooms, game room, and themed kids rooms - all designed for comfort and style. Step outside through the dining room to a sparkling private pool with a fenced area for added privacy and a beautiful lake view. (Pool heating available for an additional fee) The home's open-concept layout is perfect for gatherings!

This bright and spacious single-floor home has plenty of space for large groups or gatherings!

The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather recleaner couch and Smart Tv.

The Kitchen was recently renovated with a marble island, new appliances, and new cabinets. It is extremely spacious and fully stocked!

The connected open dining room and pool area makes the space perfect for gatherings.

1ST BEDROOM: King bedroom w/ 40" smart TV, attached ensuite bathroom that includes bath tub and walk-in shower (there's also a walk-in closet). We also provide a pack'n play for the toddlers. This bedroom is located at the front of the house, situated separately and privately from the other 3 bedrooms.

2ND BEDROOM: A comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV 40". Walk-in closet and plenty of natural light coming from the Pool area!

3RD BEDROOM: A Mario Bros themed room with 2 Twin Beds, Smart Tv 40" and closet.

4TH BEDROOM: A Mickey themed bedroom with a Bunk Bed (Full Bed on bottom and Twin Bed on top) and walking closet!

Laundry Room with washer and dryer located right next to the Game Room (Garage).

Plenty of parking in front of the house and in driveway (additional street parking available, please respect parking signs).

• PARKING

Parking is free and available for up to 3 cars.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL

1-Cost: $50 per day.

2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 48h in advance.

5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

This is optional and may not be available at times.

• TRASH DISPOSAL

Please place the trash in the plastic bin located on the side of the house daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Some resorts may not accept them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
